Delete my account – Alfasys Mascotas

Option 1: from the app (fastest)

Sign in to Alfasys Mascotas.
Open My account.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 2: by email (without the app)

Send an email to [PRIVACY EMAIL] with the subject “Account deletion request” from the same email address you registered with, and include your full name. For security we may ask you to confirm your identity. We will process the request within [15] business days and reply when it is done.

What data is deleted

Your profile: first and last name, email, phone number and password.
Your saved addresses and location coordinates.
Your ratings and comments.
Photos you uploaded (payment receipts and tag designs).
Your pending service appointments are cancelled.

What data we may keep

Only the minimum order and payment record that tax and accounting law requires us to keep, dissociated from your contact details wherever possible, and only for the legal period [state period, e.g. 4 years in Costa Rica — confirm with your accountant]. After that period it is permanently erased.

Before deleting

If you have an order on its way, wait to receive it or contact us: once the account is deleted we will not be able to follow up on that order.
